No refunds will be given for services performed .

NO Refunds will be given for contract service.

Once work on the service has begun no refunds will be allowed unless explicitly provided for in a guarantee at the time of contract.

If the Client halts work by sending written communication to our office, work completed shall be billed at the agreed hourly rate and deducted from the initial payment (if the initial deposit exceeds the work completed) the balance of which shall be returned to the Client.

If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate agreeded on .

No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of initial deposit.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TAX PREPARATION

Our TAX PREPARATION fee does NOT include responding to inquires or examination by taxing authorities.

However, we are available to represent you and our fees for such services are at our standard rates and wouldbe covered under a separate agreement.
